Baby Contract between
Johanna Schwarzbeck and Egon Zippel
[THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BEFORE THE IN-VITRO-FERTILIZATION [IVF] TAKES PLACE]
Egon Zippel and Johanna Schwarzbeck [both of 319 Grand St., 4th fl, NYC 10002] agree on the following:
NAME: if the child is MALE, it will bear the LAST [Familiy] name of Egon Zippel = ZIPPEL
If the child is FEMALE, it will bear the LAST [Familiy] name of Johanna Schwarzbeck = SCHWARZBECK
For the child’s first name we both have to agree on a name.
For the physical/emotional AND financial wellbeing of the child both Egon Zippel and Johanna Schwarzbeck are equally responsible.
PARTNERS: We both agree that our relationship does NOT EXCLUDE relationships [both sexual AND non-sexual] with other partners, and that does NOT entail any drama, blame or reproach. We also agree that - in order to protect and not to hurt each other - we might not disclose ‘extra-partnership-activities’.
Circumcision: we both agree that we will have the child - if it is a boy - NOT circumcised.
Vaccinations/food: Egon leaves it up to Johanna’s discretion.
